The owner of this place is the rudest person I’ve ever come across and a court program. I was running late and had called like the lady who usually does my monitor told me to do and I got refused to be seen for my appointment and was told that I would be called on Monday to schedule a new appointment. So basically your employee does it one way, but you want to run another OK, cool I get that but you refuse me service because of your employee and then they have a nasty attitude on top of it and be rude. Like I drive over an hour to go to this place every Friday and you’re gonna tell me I can’t be seen.

I’ll give a star to the staff but the owner is very rude and unprofessional. She needs to understand that even though people are court ordered to wear these devices she is still providing customer service for those individuals seeing how they are literally paying her bills. Do yourself a favor and use one of the other services in Jacksonville that is more professional. By the way Jessica I flip a bird at your business every time I drive pass

Watch out! If you have to use one of these court ordered services, be sure to avoid this place at all cost, there are a couple companies that have these contracts. On top of the $ that is already needed to pay for these things (usually $100+ a week) they slide in hidden fees, for example to remove a device, they insist there is a removal fee that must be cash. Even though they charge your card religiously, this fee you cannot use your visa on file…CASH only. The 170$ install fee is supposed to cover removal, per their parent company’s website. The reason for that is that it is an illegal charge and they want no paperwork leading to them, so they can pocket this. They prey on your weakness and your need to get their equipment removed and use that as an avenue to add in their own illegal

Avoid Court Programs of North Florida at all costs — especially if you’re dealing with SCRAM monitoring. My experience with this business, and specifically the owner Jessica Danielson, was nothing short of a nightmare. She was incredibly rude, demeaning, and unprofessional from the start. What’s worse, she falsely accused me of testing positive for alcohol during my 30-day SCRAM period — with absolutely no evidence. This baseless accusation led to a violation of probation and increased community service hours, unnecessarily prolonging my legal issues. Despite multiple requests from my probation officer, Jessica refused to provide documentation showing I completed the SCRAM monitoring. For 5 months, my public defender, probation officer, the state attorney, and even the judge’s assistant

Absolutely great place worked with me for six years. Never once gave me an issue, she was has been a great person for my time with the court system. I showed up on time for each appointment and paid on time. Any request that I may have she always pointed me to right direction to get my answer. Great company!
