After reading the other reviews I felt it was necessary to share this heart breaking story. My friend who is a senior citizen, on disability & intellectually compromised had an encounter with Micheal Allen. His very good friend & roommate for whom he cared for did not leave a will before his passing. His last wishes were for my friend to inherit his home as long as his dog was cared for. Michael Allen was appointed to oversee the Estate. The man that passed did not have any living relatives that he knew. I witnessed Micheal Allen promise my friend that he was unsure of the outcome of this situation but would update him of any changes. This practice lacked experience in successfully closing a real estate transaction. I would choose another firm that stays abreast on issues affecting the industry and consistently employs processes to protect their client's best interests. You shouldn't have to question the integrity of your attorney.
