If there were a 0 star option, that would be the true rating. This "defender" basically blew me off from the beginning. Didn't want to hear anything about my case, basically told me things were my fault, without letting me get a word in edge wise. Didn't return 6 of my phone calls. He failed to provide me updated documents before a hearing and also was absent from a court date, after trying to reach him for a week. When talking to John, he sometimes got loud and VERY rude. A couple times I had to remind him to keep his voice down and talk to me with respect as I was not treating him that way. Maybe your experience (hopefully) will be better than mine.
