I called for initial consult, which she did provide. Very knowledgeable to be honest. However, at end of call she told me I was required to pay $60 for the consult which was 30 minutes of her time to tell us things we knew we had to do. (We just actually wanted rates if she felt she could help us). No one informed me of this and being on a budget I did not have it. Cristina began to say how disappointed she was and more and less that I was lying.
