Can’t get a hold of them after making 10,000$ in payments and my balance still says 8000 when only owed 9000. No one answers the phone or calls you back. Definitely gives scammer vibes. I’m changing my information because I don’t want to pay them a penny more until I can even speak with someone from the office. I’ve been leaving messages for 3 weeks got one call back that went to voicemail and I’ve never heard from them after I even returned that call to an actual extension “Julie”
