Had an out of town case and so glad we selected Curt as our mediator. Excellent work and will be using him again on my future cases!

Had the pleasure of having selected former (retired) Judge Disque for a mediation. He is fair, competent, and easy to work with. I appreciate the objectiveness that comes from his years on the bench, coupled with real life examples of various outcomes presented to the parties. Provides a real sense (for those who may not fully comprehend) of how litigation may end up. Would use again and recommend to others.

This is a man who was a lawyer turn, judge now a mediator, who charges $300per hour. He put his own personal opinions. Tells you if you don't work this out with him, I will be sending your case to the meaniest judge. He Made me feel horrible. It is funny and I am the one who never cheated. Who has the kids. But he made me feel like I have no rights and like I am a terrible person. I couldnt afford the amount when done. Cause I am a single mom of 3. Who teaches. So I asked for a payment plan. I was late one payment and he already was ready to sue me. He still a cold lawyer. Who abuses his power.

I would highly recommend Mr.Disque as a family law mediator !
