Extremely incompetent and greedy. Due to negligence they ruined an immigration process for members of my relative's family while charging outrageous prices and lying about the state of the proceedings. After 10 years of waiting nothing was done so those poor people had to take the papers, which this office was extremely unwilling to release, to another place where they almost fainted when they saw what the masters of incompetence Poplawski and Dajka have done. They also completely ruined another legal process for another person we know, did absolutely nothing but made sure they got their money.
