Joseph Damelio is one of the best attorneys to hire. Him and his staff work hard to do what’s best in your interest. They answer all calls when available and they call back as soon as they can. When it came to price his price was better than his competitors who talked highly of him. $5000 less to be exact. He got a multiple tickets thrown out due to police error. He will go above and beyond and fight for you. I didn’t get the outcome I REALLY wanted BUT he did save me. So if you want someone who will fight and work hard to get the outcome you want or the next best option call Joseph Damelio.

We wasted over $50,000 on a “lawyer” who failed us at every opportunity he was given. He did not do the things asked of him by his client, he did not return calls or emails, he did not prepare for a trial and showed up with NO information or evidence to prove the innocence of his client. Joe, is a great advocate, he is always working. It might take him time to get back to you and that's because he is working. I wish I could articulate how much faith in Joe's work.

I’ll add more details as they arise… but as of right now this attorney nor his assistant do not respond in a timely BUSINESS operating manner. It’s very disheartening considering they handle very high priority cases. I’ll keep the people posted.
