Over the years, a few times, I needed legal advice and services. Working with attorney Dan Carn, has given me a positive experience in the legal arena. I came to sincerely appreciate a hard working attorney who loves his job, like Dan Carn. Attorney Carn has always given the right answer for my legal service needs. He is fair to all, reasonable to work with and genuinely cares for the well being of people. In short he is a benefit for all concerned. Daniel Carn was offensive in my interaction. When he found out that I teach in Baltimore, he responded with "Can they learn? I asked him "Are you serious?" and he responded with "They are from Baltimore." To that I said, "They are children." Implying that children from Baltimore cannot learn is inapporpriate, unprofessional, and racist. Because lets be real, would he have asked me that if I said I taught in Harford County? After making these comments and we all waited for copies of our documents to made, he then went over and shared his knife collection. I left his office very upsest and uncomfortable.

Excellent advice. Upstanding citizen. Recently I consulted with Attorney Dan Carn regarding a stalled action through another attorney. He heard me out and asked what I wanted him to do. We agreed on a phone call to the other lawyers office. After this call the action began to move forward. Attorney Carn did not charge for his time or the call. This is rare for lawyers these days, and much apreciated. Attorney Dan Carn is a true asset to the community.

Dan has been great! I always use him for any real state transaction.
