Daniel was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the initial consult and I was excited to have him as my lawyer. Once I paid the $5,000 deposit things went south fast. I was told once I made the deposit I would receive a letter of intent that day. 6 weeks later and a bunch of attitude and rudeness from his staff over several phone calls I still have not received that letter. I was told 4 different times that I would receive the letter via email to sign by the end of the day. The last phone call I was told by one of his assistant Catherine that he wasn’t even sure he was going to take the case on that is why I haven’t received the letter yet and he is out of the country now and unavailable .
