We just completed the absolute worst real estate transaction of my life with this firm as the settlement agent. Having been part of well over 100 real estate transactions during my career, I can say that I've never witnessed a firm so incompetent, irresponsible, and genuinely apathetic to any timelines or general success of the transaction. This transaction was delayed for over two weeks strictly as a result of this gross incompetence costing both the buyer and seller time and money and was extremely close to undoing the entire transaction. The initial version of every single document that they sent (not an exaggeration) was incorrect. That was often true for versions 2, 3, 4, and 5 as well. Very little attention to detail. Made frequent mistakes when drafting documents to sell our home. Misplaced thousands of dollars that we later had to track down ourselves. Michelle Neely will frequently hang up on you and is very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

This is by far one of my favorite attorneys to work with. This team is knowledgeable, efficient, honest , and they always get the job done. As a real estate agent I’m always working with attorneys for some reason or another and Mr Dankos and his team are the best of the best. He was my closing attorney when I purchased my very first home almost 20 years ago and he is still my go-to. If you are looking for a strait forward attorney to tell you the truth so you can get resolutions without wasting a ton of time, I highly recommend them.
