I had an 8 yr deferred adjudication felony agg. assault w/deadly weapon and David was able to get me released 4.5 years early and even had my court cost and fines of 1k dismissed due to hardship. Process may take a month or two so be patient. Other lawyers wanted to charge me twice as much as he was able to get it done for. David wouldn’t even take my money until he did his due diligence first to investigate my progress throughout probation to determine if I even had a chance which also added a great value of security to give him a chance once he came back and felt fairly confident I would most likely have a fighting chance.
