David Pratt got my family's elderly to sign away control of their fortunes to him. Then after many years he takes his share which is about half and the heirs get the rest. Two stars instead of one because he is a genius at covering himself, one of the world's best. If you don't kiss his feet, you don't get an inheritance at all. If you kiss his feet, you get half of what you would have gotten without Pratt. Might be catching up with him, there's a lawsuit against him in federal court in Miami which you can see by logging into PACER. The lawsuit is for every malfeasance under the sun. In my first language, an attorney is Abogado, an advocate, a counselor, a friend, who helps you in your legal difficulties. David Pratt is none of these, instead an adversary, an enemy, not a friend. You are the client, he is the attorney you hire thinking he is an Abogado, a friend. Then he looks at your wealth and fights you for every bit of your wealth. He creates your difficulties. He knows what he is doing he has studied how to do this and you are disadvantages.

Might be some good advice in this attorney but mostly he's just a biller. If for estate law which is what we did, it's dangerous because this attorney is not your friend. You die and now he's got your money and fights your beneficiaries for every dollar. A dollar in their pocket is a dollar that's not in his is how he is incentivized. Sitting shiva your phones start going off, with messages from banks telling you Pratt has taken over your accounts.
