My property closed on 11/21/25. There was a balance on the roof loan, and I was notified by the loan company today (weeks later) that they had not received payment. The loan was listed in the closing documents, and I had provided all information regarding the loan for payment to be made. When I called Del Toro Law to inquire, Meagan Williams stated that they sent the payment "as a courtesy" and when I asked how it's a courtesy for them to pay late and have me in collections she stated "we are not responsible for paying your bills". When I stated that I am writing a review due to her unprofessional comments, she immediately threatened legal action and threw in more insults. I have never been late on a bill. The loan payoff was on my closing documents. It is reasonable for a paying client
