NY Workmens Comp is a total nightmare! I highly recommend Tom Prisco and his right hand Leslie to assist in your battle ! This dynamic duo was able to go toe to toe with WC Board in getting my Level 3 neck surgery approved . I suffered for 5 months being denied 2 times and put on a wait list for Medical Director board review . Which there is no time limit to be heard . I had two different top notch Surgeon's say the same thing. That I would not get better without this neck fusion . Yet still was denied! Never left my home and slept in a recliner for 2 hours most at a time , and for 5 months ! Total Torture! Tom and Leslie guided me through this horror with their expertise.
