I purchased a property in September 2025 where Christopher DiCimaro acted as the seller’s lawyer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend proceeding with a transaction where he represents the seller. During my closing, I encountered significant difficulties getting the seller to follow through on obligations that were agreed to in writing. In my opinion, the lawyer’s guidance to the seller contributed to unnecessary delays and complications, which caused me stress and additional effort as a buyer. I strongly encourage anyone working with this lawyer in a real estate transaction to proceed with caution, ask detailed questions, and ensure that all responsibilities are clearly followed through on. I am sharing this review to help other buyers be aware and prepared.
My experience with Atty. Christopher di Giacomo is the best of the best. He restore my faith in lawyers. As I explain my want in a will, he explain to me my need and what's best for my family.
