I hired John Brennock after my tenant hired an attorney and threatened to sue me over some specious allegations with my rental property. John was the right attorney at the right time. He prepared me for all potentialities and drafted a comprehensive settlement letter with the tenant. After some back and forth, the tenant relented, fired their attorney and eventually agreed to reasonable terms. Most importantly, they left the property on time so we didn’t have to evict them. John’s knowledge and counsel was invaluable throughout this process.

This place DOES NOT return calls, my husband & I have both been trying to get ahold of an attorney for over a week. I would highly advise against a place that refuses to work with ppl, not sure if it’s bias because we’re not from FL or because other reasons but seems really suspicious when a gf calls them & they will immediately respond to her 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ida Moghimi-Kian has been great to work with. Very professional and efficient. I am a local realtor that specializes in short sales. Ida was the plaintiffs attorney and I would recommend her to anyone needing representation.

In my experiance, Ian Dolan and Roy Diaz filed a frivolous law suit. "A frivolous lawsuit is a lawsuit filed by an attorney who knowingly brings a case forward despite a lack of legal precedent, FACTS, or MERIT." As set by Florida state staute 57.105(a)

In my experiences with this group the attorneys will not answer the phone, respond to emails or return a voicemail. Very poor customer service.
