Dinsmore & Shohl LLP

We retained Dinsmore & Shohl LLP to file a judgment lien after a default judgment was entered in February 2023. The firm accepted payment for this service. The lien was never filed. It's been three years since the original judgment was obtained. We followed up and were told the original attorney had left the firm but that the issue would be addressed. It was not. Timely filing of a judgment lien is fundamental to protecting a client’s legal rights. The failure to do so, after payment and repeated communication, reflects a serious lack of accountability. We are now pursuing formal remedies. Based on this experience and other reviews, I would not recommend hiring this firm.

Avoid hiring Tre Hogue, he took a bunch of money on my case and then left the firm before the case was complete. He can't be trusted to finish the job. Not only did I hire him as an additional attorney, I was paying for 2x emails, 2x phone calls when he would sit in and barely talk, 2x on draft revisions, 2x on mediation and negotiation- and then he left the case without completing the actual work. He also ignored my request that i did not want to communicate or negotiate with the defendant- but kept trying to mediate and negotiate (all failed) and billed me for the failures. He actually didn't even inform me that he was going to be leaving the case, I found out when I emailed him and got an automatic response back saying he was no longer associated with that email/firm. Huge Law Firm with a few bad eggs. Watch out for Attorney Brian Perry out of Cincinnati, OH. Brian's special skill is setting up Upper Encelon Workers Compensation Fraud Rings. I know from first-hand experience. Mr. Perry is willing to bend or outright break laws to help his clients win Injury Claims. I am still injured 2 years after I was injured, Ironworking and fighting my claim. Brian has, unfortunately, forgotten there are Rules/Laws he has to uphold. I am going to make sure Mr. Perry is held accountable for his Unlawful Participation that landed me living in my SUV for the past 15 months. All while having a serious spinal injury. I don't deserve nor any Injured Worker should be forced to combat against Bad Faith and Fraudulent Inducement to prove their Injury.

Upgraded to 50 amp service which is great. Sites are always spacious. Weather could not have been better for the Halloween campout. Shower houses are updated and clean. We camp here 2-3 times a year.

I have to say, it’s pretty remarkable—and honestly disappointing—when an AI can deliver clear, timely information days ahead of an established professional. It really makes you reconsider where you put your trust and expectations.
