I called to make sure I didn’t owe any more money in my fine and a lady picked up and when I asked the question she got so annoyed about it. Then When I asked if she can look it up by my name she says no cause they are “slammed” but would’ve checked if I gave her a long docket number or payment plan number..takes 2 seconds to type up a name but sure if I still owe money I’ll get a warrant out for me cause you’re so busy 🤦🏻‍♂️

Customer service lady was very unprofessional and rude. Not nice at all and made me very uncomfortable to ask questions that i had. Not very helpful with her nasty attitude. I could give - 20 star I will. Retired already, both of you.

Customer service lady has the nastiest attitude i’ve heard in awhile. Was nothing but rude to me when i asked questions. Dont know why she’s working in customer service if your going to treat people like trash.

This judge is extremely considerate and great to work with. The staff has always been extremely helpful and kind as well. They also took responsibility when the wrong information was handed out due to a misunderstanding which is rare for a government agency so I truly appreciate that. Ideally you'll never have to deal with this judge because you'll be well behaved but if you mess up and end up here there are far worse options. Just be kind to her and I'm sure she'll do the same for you.

Court rooms can be bad experiences for some. I’ve seen staff in other offices treat people like they were trash this place treated me like a person despite me having to pay they had no hints of attitude. Some people think they are the law when they aren’t
