Don Bailey

After getting robbed by a female lawyer (me thinking I should hire a female and support each other), I prayed to be guided to find the lawyer we needed and I found Don Bailey. This time I went with my intuition and it has never failed me. Don Bailey was the man we put our trust in and he took care of everything. His price was affordable and him and his staff were easy to reach. His office is unique and easy to find with plenty of parking. As a man, he’s quite remarkable too. He also saw how scared and worried we were and he put our minds at ease. (It’s been about 13yrs now but I still wanted to leave a review. I never knew how to do it until now, believe it or not).

Don Bailey is a snake in the grass, money hungry, p.o.s. lawyer in Sherman, TX. At the time of my incident, I was trying to get my drivers license reinstated. Mr. Bailey told me I would have to pay him $2500, and everything would be taken care of. I paid the full amount. Only to learn that 2 weeks later, the state of TX was doing away with the surcharge program. Because it was unconstitutional, and illegal at the federal level. As a State licensed lawyer, there is 'NO' way he did not know this. He just wanted my $, and that's what he got. He took my $2500, and then sat back and waited until the surcharge program was abolished, and I wouldn't have had to pay anything. In my opinion, Mr. Don Bailey is the worst kind of human. No remorse or sympathy, as long as he gets his $.

This man is one of the smartest men that myself and my husband knows and is like a father to my husband. If anyone can do it Don can and if anyone can’t do it Don can. He is the no nonsense type and is straightforward and never pushed over.
