If I could give her zero starts I would. She is highly unprofessional and unorganized missed a hearing now it is pushed three months out. Nothing was resolved wasted money time energy and effort. She is very rude nasty will not communicate with you at all!!!! I have had several conversation with her about this she repeatedly gave me incorrect information. I would’ve been better with a public defender. So sorry I got involved with this person. Terrible she needs to take a course on time management and effective communication and professionalism. She is all talk no action and a terrible attitude. Do not waste your money. Ms. Bailey is tough but not a good attorney (blows a lot of smoke but no fire): 1. quoted one price for consultation then requested more money. We paid her. 2. promised financial/legal option(s) agreement - never got any agreements. 3. no meetings (in person or zoom) 4. talked about Judge Mallory behind his back multiple times (very unprofessional) 5. did not file one piece of evidence although she was emailed 180 pages, stating, "I don't have time to read all of that..." 6. claims to have an assistant but actually has an answering service (why pretend) ? If you just have to have an attorney and need to hire Ms. Bailey get EVERYTHING up front in writing. Ms. Bailey left my disabled relative in a bad way. Now we have to pay more money to hire another attorney.

Attorney. Bailey is not a good attorney. Attorney. Bailey took documents in a unprofessional manner did not return my documents. She stated my case was weak but I went to another attorney and I won my case byGod’s grace and mercy. Very unprofessional in mannerism towards me as client .
