Sam Bivens with Downey Brand has been an excellent resource for me and my company. He gave generously of his own time and directed me to the quality people at this firm who could take care of my situation. Would recommend 10/10 for any legal consultancy.

When we walked into the building lobby, there was a person behind the counter who did not address us and did not help us. We went to the elevators and none of the elevators were working and we couldn't figure out the reason why. When we went back to the desk he made a funny comment and chuckled that he is in control of the elevators from his cell phone (snarky) and then he asked us who we were there to see. There were no signs and nobody to help us when we came through the door that could have stopped us from going into those elevators and wasting our time. When we got upstairs we had a receptionist whom we left a check with who had no idea on how to address the fact that we wanted to have a receipt for the check we dropped off. Security at this facility has poor people skills. Sacramento should be a welcoming place. However do not sit or stand for front of this building. Especially if you have a job. I mean if you are homeless you are welcome in Sacramento

The security officers in the lobby of this building stole Nicole H (20th floor)food order this morning.
