They refuse to assist me in my child custody case claiming it would be a conflict of interest.. that's because they're currently representing my childs mother who domestically abused me and was arrested for it. Which should be a conflict of interest since they represented me, before they represented her, in a criminal case...They also help her file for child support, all this after they represented me..The time the represented me I had to give them the case reference to dismiss my charges while they were trying to get me to turn informant..

I need help with case that happened 23 years ago. My fine was a $100 plus Court cost and lawyers fees my bonds covered all cost and judge ordered bonds to case costs. First bond $1200.00 Second bond $175.00 Case fines and fees totaled $1,109.80 This was all paid off in 2001. Now when I went to Renew my vehicle tags There's ahold on my tags for Madison County unpaid court fines Plus revenue collections added to it Now totaling $2217.74 It looks like they added my $1200 bond as a fine cost Can anybody help me straighten this out
