I must admit I'm confused why every review for this attorney is 5 stars. It feels very disingenuous and possibly fake or coerced/persuaded out of these "clients" to be leaving 5 stars every time. My experience with Mr Duclair was ANYTHING BUT a 5 star experience. It wasn't even a 1 star experience. Mr Duclair was wildly inappropriate and unprofessional with me, making comments on my appearance and also lying on me in the actual courtroom on the day of my hearing. I requested (the court/judge) SEVERAL times to have a representation reassignment and was ignored. The same way I was consistently ignored by Mr Duclair any time I attempted to contact him via email, phone or otherwise. He never knew the details of my case, never discussed a plan of action and was extremely dismissive and disinter
