I work with Preston on my MVA case and I was highly disappointed! While trying to settle my case he and I could not agree to the terms of the settlement. He actually yelled at me ‘ You don’t care about the money I’ve spent working this case!!!’ Then he proceeds to try to bully me by yelling if we go to court and we get a smaller judgement I’m going to take all the money rather than the agreed percentage! He spent more time telling me what he could not do than fighting for me. It was bad enough dealing with my injuries and the trucking company that hit me but Preston Dugas made it 10 times worse. I will never forgive him!
