I would give them a zero if I could. Took hours to get a signed HUD from the sale of our house that we couldn’t get the keys to our purchased house. Then when they finally sent wire and signed docs, they wired us the entire purchase price and did not pay off the old mortgage, then two months later they found out additional docs needed to be signed and rushed us to rearrange our schedules to get them signed Bc they were delaying the purchase closing of our old house. They are incompetent at best, if you have a choice DO NOT USE THEM! Unless you want months of irritation and inconvenience even after the closing. If someone else picks them and you don’t have a choice, sorry, and good luck!

This law firm is the best of Orlando! Mr. Stanton is wonderful! The communication was always the same day and within a few hours. The fees are extremely reasonable.
