Tobe Lev represented me against a company that terminated when I requested to be allowed to use a wheelchair or walker following a major injury. Terrible firm. Tried to work out reasonable options and didn’t want to work with me. Some have very nasty attitude problems and a sense of entitlement they think they deserve. Heidi was a little discriminating towards me because of my skin color. Definitely would not recommend.

In October I sent my information to this law firm of Egan, Lev, Lindstrom and Siwica was if they would take my case. I called several times just to see if the firm would take my case. I called 4 Times and got the same message, the Attorneys are very busy. I got a call back from one of the attorneys the morning of November 28th, 2017 who was VERY, VERY HARD RUDE. Then went further to tell me I don’t have a case. Then the attorney asked me why I didn’t get in contact with an attorney in Gainesville. I told him no one would take my case. He then says again you don’t have a case. I told him, sorry to have bothered you and he just hung up. I know the law office is busy, I know they may handle big cases but being RUDE is unacceptable.
