I had a good experience originally but I have tried to contact the firm several times about something new and have been left on read for months. I reached out again and was met with a very short and vague response, and when I replied, again it was left on read. Very unprofessional and I’m not sure if it’s Whitney (the owner) or someone else who’s not responding to people but I’ve seen a couple other people who are dealing with the same thing as me. I understand people have a lot going on and things happen but a simple “I don’t think we can help” or just apologizing for the delay would be nice. I’ve recommended this law firm to a lot of people too so it’s really disappointing.
