The unofficial appointed board of directors hired this attorney to send out a letter to me to provide them with ACC approval that I did not need, nor did the section of the CC&R’s stated I needed ACC approval in the first place. Than Gregory sent out three letters with the wrong address. To demand my ACC approval letter that wasn’t required! Had he read the full content of the section before listing it on the letters, would have realized it wasn’t required. The unofficial board members, sent me remittance advice with attorney charges due to his negligence. According to CC&R’s the Association can only bill me for attorney fees if an homeowner is past due on their assessment. This attorney is very unorthodox and unethical.
