Horrible post service. My mother in law used this firm after her accident. At the beginning typical law firm that promised the best service and the most in some type of compensation. After the fact she learned her position of winning her case. She had questions . Never bothered to present the offer from the insurance. Only a “representative” from their offices reached out. She called back for documentation in regards to the settlement and asked to speak to the lawyer in charge of her case instead she talked to Nicole who left her 4 times for over 20 minutes to get updates on her case. Unfortunately she did not get answers. I called same routine spoke to nicole and asked if the firm could send her documents that stated the settlements payouts to whom and amounts.
