We hired him to help out my husband we paid this man 6k & provided everything they asked for and he couldn’t even show up to my husband’s court day sending someone that didn’t have a clue what was going on with my husbands case. We had our initial appointment and were told we could proceed. After making the down payment, we began the scheduled payments. Everything seemed fine until we turned in the paperwork and were informed there was only a 50/50 chance of success—something that was never made clear in the beginning. Given this new information, we chose to terminate the contract. We were told we’d receive a partial refund. However, it’s now been over three weeks, and we haven’t heard from anyone. No updates, no follow-up, and no refund. Communication and transparency have been lacking, and the delay in resolving our cancellation is extremely frustrating.
