I hope to update this review. We are in the same situation as Martha Martha described. We haven’t been able to reach Casey in months…. However life sometimes happens and he could be dealing with a personal matter. At first he was great until this phase where we can’t reach him. Assuming we hear from him and he finishes our case with the roofing company and insurance agency this review will become 5 stars.

I have haven’t been able to reach Casey in months as well. Not sure what to do at this point and who to contact for release. Txt messages and phone calls along with emails go unanswered. Cert Letters are not picked up. Hopefully nothing health related. Will update my case/ rating if I hear anything,

I signed all sorts of paperwork for this law firm to sue my homeowners insurance for damage caused by a hurricane. They stayed in touch for about 2 months. After that they never returned texts or phone calls. It's been over 9 months and they refuse to get back to me. In the meantime, I have fixed the issues to my property with no help from my insurance company. So would I recommend them... absolutely not. Call another law firm if you want results.

Got a great result from a difficult to deal with insurance company. I would never have gotten them to do the right thing on my own. The attorney and his assistant were always available with any questions I had. They are definitely a10.
