Amanda Austin at Elder Law & Advocacy was incredible during my mom’s consultation yesterday. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, VERY patient and made the topic easy to understand. We left feeling confident in how to proceed and also cared for. I highly recommend her for anyone navigating elder law issues. I’ll be seeing her myself in a few years. Thank you again Amanda!

I just had the manager of this place trying to call me a liar and I have a cognitive disability. I was called this last Tuesday at the end of the day and I asked to make an appointment for a scheduled call time. 9 am the 25th. They never called me. So today a manager is trying to tell me that I confuse them with another organization which I did not and she was just making me mad basically called me a liar. Did I get the persons name who called me. This place should be closed down.

Played my elderly mother with cognitive issues and me (her caretaker and power of attorney) off of each other on the phone to reach for technicalities and excuses why they couldn't help us with a simple consultation to go over her paperwork and make sure things are in order. She qualifies. It's a slam dunk! This after several phone calls and two weeks trying to make an appointment. Ironically this place was recommended to us by the social worker here at her senior apartment complex. Unbelievable! It's like they don't really want to help and they're looking for excuses not to.

if I could give them zero Stars I would give them zero Stars !!! Let me first say that I started off speaking with someone named Veronica who has a horrible attitude, obviously there's things that she does not know but instead of saying, "I don't know" she's argumentative. I'm heading straight to their director and tell them that they hired someone who is an insult to the Mission Statement, the statement that they work by! This woman has no empathy for people, at all!! She's just a nasty person with a bad attitude she better hope that her and her loved ones don't or anybody's help and they run into a person like her!!! But karma's on its way to her and I wish her nothing but it! So do yourself a favor and find another agency that will help you!!! FYI l'm going to find out who they receive
