I have to say that attorney Steven and his team are underrated! I came across attorney Steven late last year after dealing with another attorney who messed up my immigration case for 2 long years. Every other attorney refused to take my case especially with how my previous attorney messed up my case but when I reached out to attorney Steven, he took his time to review details pertaining to my case, and studied the law on specifics he was unsure about to be able to address my case professionally. He was the only attorney who would take my case when other attorneys had no hope in my case… and let me tell you, he helped fix my immigration case and I’m glad to announce that I’m now a greencard holder after 2 long years! He and his paralegal, Miss Belen, are a great team. They may be too direct for most people's tastes but at least they tell you like it is, unlike some lawyers who either don't disclose details, don't take the time to explain and provide options, or give you false hopes. Yes, I've been to other NYC lawyers before meeting Atty. Elias. Don't let the humble, cozy office put you off. It's not about appearances. It's about what your lawyer can do for you! Sometimes, the well-known, fancy office law firms are not what you need. With the big league, you can feel like you're not a priority. But don't be like some people, do your homework first and then consult a lawyer if you need clarification or suggestions. (Google is your friend). So you make good use of your consultation time. Due to COVID they only attend by appointment, Monday-Friday 9am-2pm. Have in mind that on Fridays, sometimes they leave at 1:30pm, so call just to make sure. The consultation for immagration cases is with the attorney Steven Elias, but your case will be in hands of a legal assistant.
