If I could give zero stars, that would be too many. Our firm used eMinutes/eResident Agent for a few years for entities in other states. It has been nothing but a hassle since day one. If you need registered agent services, I HIGHLY recommend Northwest Registered Agent. They are cheaper, more responsive and have an easy to use online portal.

eMinutes was the best referral I could do for my Corporation. It's very easy to do and does not take hours of set-up and the reminders and notices are easy to do as well. Highly recommend you use them if you are thinking of becoming a corporation. We have been using them for 2 years now!
