This place was terrible, not only did they get mad that we showed without calling (even though he never told us to call beforehand) he also never told us when he was going to give the cat a shot and to hold her tighter, she had scratched his hand and he gripped her neck real hard and then slammed her head down onto the table, gave her the shot and was holding her in the air by her neck and then once again slammed her onto the table! To make matters worse, after he did all of that to my cat he wouldn't let me pet her goodbye for the last time and slapped my hand away and told us to get out until he was done.
He's the best will always trusted him with my animals!
