Extremely disappointed with Envoy Global’s handling of my case. They submitted important immigration documents with serious mistakes and rushed the filing before verifying accuracy. Communication was slow, unclear, and often reactive — I had to chase updates instead of receiving guidance. I expected professionalism and accountability, but got carelessness and confusion instead. I would not recommend their services.

Not a great service from Envoy Global. They were very slow in processing my case, very low on communication & always have to chased for an update. High Extra amount charged even for a simple RFI.

Their system and navigation is all good . Clear visibility to documents required and they take care end to end. Good support team also . One drawback is the timeline is not defined and some of simple task too take so much time .

Very disappointing experience. It took over four months for them to review and file my documents despite repeated follow-ups. Even after pointing out a spelling error in my child’s name, it was ignored, causing an RFE. Their negligence led to major delays, job loss, and financial stress for my family. Extremely unprofessional — I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Really disappointed with their service. Communication was unclear and my concerns did not seem to be taken. As a result, my document was never received. When I contacted Envoy for assistance, I was told that I need to resolve the issue myself by contacting the government authorities.
