Mr. Escobedo has been handling my deceased mother-in-law’s estate for over 2.5 years, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication is virtually nonexistent unless it involves invoices. We are never given updates unless we reach out, and we are charged to have our emails read (simply asking for UPDATES) and answered, which feels unreasonable. Months after probate court, our family still has no clear understanding of where the estate stands, and he appeared ill prepared during the hearing. This has added unnecessary stress during an already painful time of grief. We do not feel our case is a priority and would not recommend him.

Never got a chance to speak to Rene the attorney. I spoke to whoever answered the phones. After going back and forth with the receptionist about my legal issue for three days, he turned around and told her to inform me that he couldn't take the case. No reason was given whatsoever. I asked to speak to him but the receptionist always stated he was attending a meeting. Lies, lies and more lies. This attorney hides behind the skirts of his receptionist. He has no leadership. I would not hire him for nothing! Save your money and look for a more professional attorney.

We went to Rene to have him prepare a power of attorney for my parents and other much needed documents. He is a great attorney, explains himself very well to where we all understood what each document meant. We plan on returning to Rene for additional advise. He’s extremely patient, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend him, you will not regret it.
