We were very excited after our initial free consult with Jason. We told him that we were on a budget and he assured us that he would go to a contingent model if our claim was denied. He said that they normally didn’t do contingency but was sure we could win the case. He continued to bill us for waiting to hear about the claim. Once the claim was denied, Jason said that he would not provide us contingent representation that he initially promised.
