Do not use this company!!! You’re better off figuring everything out on your own. Because of THEM, my best friend missed my wedding.. I had no maid of honor. Yes, part of the blame falls on my best friend for waiting so long to renew her passport, but she hired these people for assistance and ended up doing all the work herself. They started “working” on her documents back in March 2025 for a September 22, 2025 wedding. From the very beginning, they never once called her to provide an update.. unless it was returning a call. Every update came only after she called them, and the answers were always the same- “we’re working on it,” “you still have time,” or “call back on (this day).” Her birth certificate correction alone dragged on for 4 months. At one point, they needed more information

I had great experience with this company professionally..and in short term I did my passport tru them initially they told me 3 months but it only took 8 weeks they called and informed that they had received it and they would mail out to me so I give a 5 stars to them for work and effort thank you express and document for your services
