They don't acknowledge emails and documentation sent to them that they requested. They don't reply to voicemails left. The debt they say I owe was from a previous marriage, and I sent them documentation that my ex is liable for half. I left them a voicemail that my current husband was abusive, and I had to quit my job and move away urgently. No response. I've tried! They have not! I want to get this settled. They want all the money all at once and want to garnish my pay. MY pay, but not the ex's.

Zero stars if I could. Nobody called or sent me anything in the mail. I attempted to pay my balance in full, I talked to 3 different people who all sounded like AI. All 3 of them told me different account numbers. Till this day, I have never received a statement. And I don’t know what my account number is. The AI people were rude , not helpful.

Very nasty place to deal with. Their client, Crown Assets, bought my debt when my daughter was stillborn and lost most of my income due to being on FMLA. No contact for three years, so had no idea who to contact to pay and try to get caught up. Before Riley's stillbirth, all my payments had been on time. Riley's death was what caused that to snowball. Sent one letter right before they filed suit against me, three years later. I could see it on AOC and recieved an ad for an attorney. A local attorbey notified me before EITHER COMPANY did. They claimed I had a "cease and desist" on file, even though they'd never spoken to me. I literally had to run down and research this debt. Also, they did not notify me they recieved the cease and desist and left out the faxt you can use their contact form

I want to let anyone who reads this no that this company works without any human compassion. My brother was laid off to no fault of his, he has 2 small girls and this nasty company is refusing to let him make payments that he can afford. They have suspended his license - they want him to make 1,000 payment before they will release his license and will NOT take anything less. I spoke with them and it was just like talking to a robot. I’f anyone ends up dealing with these people I am genuinely sorry, they are gross

This company just took over 3 thousand dollars that was received thru a Gofund me created after our home burned down. Home burned down 2/3 go fund me was set up days later and 2/26 they took the funds from a disabled individual and his family who are at this moment homeless. Those funds were for our down payment. Horrible people. The worst.
