I wouldn't recommend Frank to my worst enemy. Frank was recommended to us by our horrible real estate agent Erin Van Buren to represent us on the sale of our home. He was abrasive, unfriendly, unhelpful, and dismissive of any concerns we had. He is a rude man who we believe actively worked to delay our closing because we were perceived as pushy due to his lack of attentiveness to our issues. He did not set reasonable expectations, did not deliver on established timeliness, and would act like he never set them. He also on several occasions clearly didn't read our emails to him and would send nasty responses disregarding our concerns and missing key info. I would suggest anyone to, if recommended to use Mr. Fabiano, to keep looking and do your homework.

Horrible experience. Very unreliable. Frank Doesn’t return calls or emails. Doesn’t send legal paperwork as promised. Made the moving process much more stressful than it needs to be. Do NOT use. It is VERY rare that I leave a negative review but Franks lack of follow thru (and constant changes of closing date) takes the cake. Where’s our escrow money Frank???

When I have a client looking for any legal advice or help with a Will or Trust I send them to Frank. My clients always provide me with positive feedback on how he was able to help them and how he is a pleasure to work with!
