We retain this firm for a state related assistance and pay to retainer.But after some initial correspondence, the matter was not pursued.No court filings were made key issues remain unresolved , and the representation ended without clear, follow through a portion of the routine was later refunded, while staff were courteous. We ultimately left without guidance or resolution on important state matters. Based on our experience, I would recommend clearly confirming scope next steps and expectations in writing before proceeding.
