I am writing in regard to the alleged balance that Fabco is attempting to collect from me. I am formally requesting a complete and detailed explanation and validation of this debt, including an itemized breakdown of all charges, dates incurred, the original creditor, and any supporting documentation that substantiates the amount claimed. Im being scanmed by Showtime Management in Columbus Ohio. Fabco is trying to collect against me for time, I wasnt even in the apartment. I never owed Showtime money they gave me a 30 day notice during pandemic because I was 5 days late paying my rent. Then they tried to scam me. The rent was paid and I didnt owe anything. I scrambled November 2019 to obtain a place to live. I was scared to death. Id be without a home for no reason at the whim of Showtime Management at the begining of a pandemic. I found a place and moved then I was sent a exorbant amount for basic repair and cleaning because of the pandemic. This seems very fraudulent because of what was going on in the whole world. Has anyone else felt scammed by these rental places during pandemic? I feel like the should be investigated.

I received excellent service and communication when working with Lillyan at FABCO. There was a discrepancy with my consumer report, and she was able to get the fix in and corrected so my apartment complex no longer thinks I’m a criminal! The VP was exceptional as well, talking me through how and why these things sometimes happen as well as following up with the proper reporting agencies to further implement a permanent fix. Thank you!

I'm being charged $3400 for an apartment I wasn't even living in. I tried to dispute the literal clerical error (or possible fraud); however, the dispute team keeps coming up with BS reasons on why the charge is warranted. I truly don't understand how they are still in business. *Edit for their reply.. My name under file will be Richard Cole. Also, please don't make any types of statements in regards to pride. Your company should have zero pride.

Reporting false information on my rental history. The filing was fraudulent and unlawful and removed from the court record. So why are you not willing to remove it like other screening companies? 7 yrs on record for what? I wasn't evicted I never owed them any money n it's nothing reporting on my credit. From the looks of these reviews of this company I think it's time to file a class action lawsuit. Anyone interested let me know. It's time for these ridiculous company's to get a understanding of right and wrong. Ruining people's lives with false information.
