Fifth Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office - Marion County

I’m writing this review because I believe people deserve honesty when it comes to the support they expect from the State Attorney’s Office. From the very beginning of my case to the very end, I never once felt like this office was in my corner. The State Attorney’s Office is supposed to stand with you, guide you, and make you feel protected throughout the process — but that was never my experience. I never felt supported. I never felt heard. I never felt like anyone there had my best interests in mind. Instead of feeling like I had an advocate, I often felt alone, confused, and pushed aside. At every stage, I kept hoping things would change, that someone would step up and show that they were truly there to help me — but that moment never came. Do I have now been on the phone with for the second time. 10 minutes and 22 seconds so I keep getting put on hold these people were extremely rude do not comply with we the people. Tell me I'm not allowed to make a complaint against their office I'm going to call whoever I need to call to make a complaint against their stupid incompetent office.

Very clean and secured place. Employees were very helpful.
