First choice legal serves

Hello law firms using this medical record retrieval company take note of this dysfunction. They are calling my number stating they sent a MMR in Sept for a named person who has never been my patient. They mailed that MMR to an address where I had an office 10 years ago. They are attempting to get medical records from an address not a named physician or named practice. The not my address where their sent the MMR has had who knows how many physicians rent that space in the last 10 years. When they bother me with calls, they don't say they sent ME a MMR. They say "you" and the address. This company has no idea how to figure out who the provider is and how to reach them. They are randomly sending MMR to addresses where medical office space is rented.
