I highly recommend David Van Gilder. He is VERY thorough, out for best interest of client, ONLY. I am Adult dx with Austism Aspergers, etc. He is very aware of clients with any kind of disabilities Neurodiverites.

I hired Dave vangilder to represent me in my divorce. He proofed no just to be incompetent imo, he was no match to my ex wife attorney, but he also falsified, against my best interest, one of my swore statements. He claimed that he had the right to do it when I confronted him. I fired him! Stay away from this unethical attorney.

Having issues with opposing counsel at Fletcher Van Gilder in Fort Wayne, IN. Whenever I email or attempt to call in to the partner on my case, Anne Carney, I am accosted by someone new and "very familiar" with my case. I have informed them their partners phone and email on 1/6 and 1/10/23 that there is evidence of federal crimes on behalf of their client. I request a reasonable resolution, than am insulted very unprofessionally. I'm trying to reach a reasonable agreement and I am met with scorched earth. I have offered the evidence freely to which I was met with, an immature and surprisingly annoying response. The requests are so basic to the lowest spectrum of legal parental rights and it seems to not be enough. Even to where they ignore the possibility they have been misled by a clie

The folks at Fletcher Van Gilder are just unbelievable! Audrey and the rest of the team stepped up to help a Little League with a contract dispute and took all of the stress out of the whole process. Being able to just sit back and let them take point allowed the league to focus on other things. In the end they were able to get a deal done that was good for both sides and gave advice on future things. I strongly recommend Fletcher Van Gilder. I can't stress it enough how awesome they are and so happy they stepped up to help out a Little League. Thanks again Audrey and the rest of the team!!
