I sought legal services from this organization back in 2022 in an attempt to assist with a tax audit from 2020. The person who was assigned to my case was a complete failure of a lawyer. Incompetent, inconsistent, and overall undeserving to be practicing law at all. I spoke to her about 4-5 times over the course of 2-3 years. Near enough impossible to reach over the phone, email was only ever if she sent me a correspondence. Otherwise, my inquiries as to the status of my case or just a simple chat to discuss, were met with deaf ears. Then, suddenly as of last year she tells the IRS that she no longer wishes to represent me and that's the end of that. I'm not sure if this organization is helpful or resourceful yet. I followed their instructions in filing for assistance, but I'm yet to hear back from someone.

Been on hold for about ten minutes. It rang twice then just hung up. I can see they’re either busy or just poor at customer service. Highly unprofessional.
