If you're considering Gene Foehl for any one of his willdy diverse "specialties", I strongly suggest you RUN. Shameful is the only word that comes to my mind. In hindsight, I don't know what the guy actually did besides find reasons to bill. Emails that were sent for no reason and emails that weren't returned, answers to questionsthat were not answers but doublespeak, trips to the bank that were useless, trips to the court that serve no purpose, meetings that were set up for no purpose and accomplished nothing......these things he billed for and they were more than abundant. Any actual accomplishment, I can't tell you what it was. He forgets his own lies but, he's the smartest person in the room and actually thinks nobody notices. RUN away from this guy. I mean it.
Gene is probably the most ethical attorney you will ever meet. I hated lawyers until I met him.
I can’t wait to sue someone else!
