I was told that they could not represent me. They could not give me legal advice about a settlement offer. When I asked what they could actually do for me, she said I'd have to take the class on a Wednesday night. During the class, they would tell me what I am entitled to. I said I can find that information on the internet. So you can't represent me, you can't give me legal advice, what can you do? She said, "we can tell you how to file." I explained that again that information is on the internet and not "legal advice. " She quickly hung up on me. Please do not waste your time. None of these "programs" can help you. You are on your own unless you are on active duty. In that case, they will use all of their power to protect you from any accountability.
